Return & Refund Policy
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@upliftcomfortandwellness.com. Once your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how to send your item back.

Damages and Issues

Exchanges
To ensure the fastest service, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the desired replacement once your return has been approved.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification.
Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging—and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
